What’s Name Shabu?
Yesterday, I went to my friend’s house and had dinner together.
I ate “Name Shabu” at the first time.
I’ve never heard it…
That means ….
“Name” means Nameko which is a kind of Mashroom.
“Shabu” shortens Shabu Shabu which is a sort of Hot pot cooking.
So, Name Shabu is mashroom hot pot.
After that, I ate “Buri Shabu” which means hot pot of yellow tail.
Both are sooooooooo delicious!!!
